They are practical and functional spaces, equipped with a whiteboard, screen and access to a projector.
As we want you to feel comfortable and safe, we are applying strict health prevention measures against Covid-19, we have reduced the capacity in all our coworking spaces and have increased cleaning and disinfection.

FAQ Room Rental in Madrid
To enjoy our meeting rooms in Madrid, you must contact us and let us know what type of event you wish to hold, how many of you there are, the day and time you wish to make the reservation.
We will contact you within 24 hours indicating the available options according to your requirements.
All our spaces are unique, and each one has different rooms, although their capacities are similar.
We recommend that you give us as much information as possible and your needs, so we can guide you on the best place to hold your meeting or event.
We recommend that you request a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. It is best to let us know as soon as possible; this way you will have a better chance of one being available.
If you cannot hold the meeting or event, how far in advance do you have to cancel or change the date?
To make a cancellation or change a reservation, we recommend giving 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not cancel or change the date of the reservation within the indicated time, the amount paid for the room will not be refunded.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, cash or credit card.
Yes, as long as the room is available. As it is not possible to guarantee the availability of the room, we recommend you calculate the time carefully to avoid unforeseen events and inconveniences.
As long as the meeting or event takes place during our customer service hours, which are Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 19:00 and on Fridays 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 17:00, our Coworking community managers will be able to receive your guests and direct them to the corresponding room.
Outside these hours, the host must manage the reception of their guests.
The rental of our rooms does not currently include this type of service. But if you prefer, you can arrange it on your own and our staff will take care of your request.
If you use our meeting rooms regularly, you can choose between two options:
- 10-hour room voucher €120+VAT
- 20-hour room voucher €240+VAT
You will have 6 months to use the voucher and it will be valid for all rooms, except the event rooms.
