    En este centro, ya al entrar te reciben Patricia o Magui, con una gran sonrisa, educación y profesionalidad. El centro es muy grande, y cubre todas las necesidades: desde un puesto individual a despachos privados de TODOS los tamaños. Cuenta también con espacios comunes, posibilidad de tener tu taquilla y parking. Se respira "buen ambiente" de trabajo.

    Llevamos varios años usando este coworking para las reuniones de nuestro club de oratoria. Muy buena atención y muy flexibles para proveer otro espacio cuando la sala habitual no estuvo disponible. Recomendable.

  • Llevo trabajando unos meses con Cink Coworking, reservando salas para formación y coaching, además ofrecen servicio de catering tanto para desayunos como para comidas, tengo que decir que tanto el servicio de sala, atención al cliente, recepción y catering, son excelentes, todo son facilidades, tengo muy claro que seguiré trabajando con ellos y lo recomiendo 100%

    Estoy en este coworking desde hace 2 años, concretamente tengo un puesto fijo en una de las zonas compartidas. El ambiente de trabajo es genial, muy activo, las instalaciones están muy bien, el personal está pendiente de todo y el espacio cuenta con una luz maravillosa gracias a los grandes ventanales y la altura de la zona central. Lo recomiendo totalmente!

How can you rent one of our rooms in Madrid?

To enjoy our meeting rooms in Madrid, you must contact us and let us know what type of event you wish to hold, how many people you are, the day and time you wish to make the reservation.

We will contact you within 1 business day indicating the available options according to your requirements.

What kind of rooms for rent do we have in our Coworking?

All our spaces are unique, and each one has different rooms, although their capacities are similar.

We recommend that you provide us with as much information as possible and your needs, so that we can guide you on the best place to hold your meeting or event.

How far in advance can you book a room in Madrid?

Ideally, you should let us know within 2 business days to have a better chance of availability. In any case, we will do our best to provide you with a space when you need it at any of our seven centers.

If you cannot make the meeting or event, how far in advance should you cancel or reschedule?

To make a cancellation or change of a reservation, we recommend to communicate it 2 working days in advance, if you do not make the cancellation or change the date of the reservation in the indicated time, the amount paid for the room will not be refunded.

How can you pay for the room rental?

Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, cash or credit card.

What is included in the room rental?

With the rental of our meeting rooms you can enjoy technological means, high speed wifi, reception, furniture, whiteboard or flip chart, markers and screen.

If you need anything else, please contact us.

Can you extend the room hours on the day of the event?

Yes, as long as the room is available. As it is not possible to guarantee the availability of the room, we recommend you to make the time calculations carefully to avoid unforeseen events and inconveniences.

Can you modify the arrangement of the furniture in the room?

Yes, you can modify the layout of the tables and chairs as best suits your type of event. Our customer service staff will help you develop the idea you have in mind.

Does the room rental include guest reception?

As long as the meeting or event is held during our customer service hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30 and on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 16:30, our Coworking managers will be able to receive your guests and direct them to the corresponding room. (Please check the summer schedule because it may be subject to change).

Outside these hours, the host must arrange for the reception of his guests.

Can you hire a catering service?

Yes, we offer the management of an additional catering service. If you are interested in knowing the available options, do not hesitate to ask us when booking the room. We will be happy to provide you with more details.

Are there any discount plans for multi-day room rentals?

If you use our meeting rooms on a recurring basis, you can choose between two options for rooms with a capacity of up to 6 people:

  • 10-hour room voucher 135€+VAT
  • 20-hour room voucher 250€+VAT

We also have options for rooms with a capacity of up to 12 people:

  • 10-hour room voucher 185€ +VAT
  • 20-hour room voucher 340€+VAT

You will have 4 months to use the voucher in the rooms with the indicated characteristics.
