Privacy and Data Protection Policy

CINK WORKSPACE S.L. acting under the brand name CINK COWORKING (hereinafter CINK COWORKING), informs its website users about its Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter DPP), in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), in order for them to decide freely and voluntarily whether they wish to provide the personal data requested on its website.

CINK COWORKING reserves the right to modify its DPP at its own discretion, due to a change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice. If any change is made, the new text will be published in this same link, where users will be able to learn about the current DPP. The relationship with users will in any case be governed by the rules in force at the precise moment when the link is accessed.

CINK COWORKING, the Spanish owner of the database created with the personal data provided by users in the various forms on the Website and/or any other means (email, registration forms on paper, etc.), complies with the duty to register personal files at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as other obligations imposed by current regulations.

The purpose of these files is to provide more detailed and personalized information about the company, products or any questions or information that is requested, and to manage the service provided. No data will be transferred to third parties (the data processing services provided to CINK COWORKING by partner companies not being understood to be data transfer), according to the provisions of the aforementioned GDPR, and except for the fulfilment of obligations to the public authorities. The period that CINK COWORKING will keep the data in its database will be extended for as long as they are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, or until the period of contractual relationship established with the user is completed.

The data controller undertakes to comply with the duty of confidentiality established in the applicable legislation with respect to the personal data contained in automated files. It has also adopted the security levels for personal data protection required by current legislation on data protection, establishing the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and other possible risks.

If the reason for contacting CINK COWORKING is a claim or complaint related to any violation of your privacy or a claim due security breaches in your e-commerce systems, you can send an email indicating the word “Claim” in the “Subject” field to the email account indicated above. CINK COWORKING undertakes to provide a solution to your claim or complaint within 15 days, notifying you by the means you indicate. In case you do not agree with this solution, you may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to file the claim you consider appropriate and, where appropriate, the Courts and Tribunals of MADRID, which have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
