All you need to know about renting one of our offices in Madrid
How long before renting the office do I have to sign up?
You can do it the same week you start using the service or even the day before. The procedures are fast so that you can rent the office without any worries.
What are the payment methods for renting an office?
It is billed a month in advance. You will not have to worry about paying the monthly office rent as you can pay the amount by direct debit to your bank account.
You can also pay by bank transfer, in this case, payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month and you have to send us the proof of payment.
Is there a minimum time of permanence in the renting offices?
There is no permanence, nor do we make you sign long contracts, our rents are renewed month by month.
To terminate the contract you only have to let us know one month in advance, this way, we have enough time to look for a new tenant.
When does the deposit have to be returned?
The deposit is the equivalent of one month’s rent excluding VAT. It is returned once the service contract signed up to is terminated and it is ensured that the rented office has been left in the same conditions in which it was supplied.
How big are the offices?
Our coworking spaces in Madrid have offices for rent for companies of various sizes, from 10 m2 for two workers to offices for more than 15 people. All of them have furniture so you can start working without any problem. The furniture consists of desks, chairs, whiteboards, and you also have individual air conditioning.
Can I share my office with another company?
The offices are for individual customers and can only be occupied by a single company. Only one CIF (Tax ID) can appear in the contract signed.
If I need more space, can I expand?
Yes, as long as we have availability. To do this, you can consult the person in charge of your coworking space and they will tell you about the different options available for you to grow at the facilities, either by renting a larger office or by renting flexible spaces.
How do I access my office?
At the beginning of your office rental we will give you a unique access code to allow you to enter the coworking space.
You will be able to enter your office with the keys that we will give you once the purchasing procedure is finalised. You will have two sets of keys, but you can make a copy for your team if necessary.
Can I bring my own furniture?
You can bring your own furniture if you prefer. We will remove ours so that you can decorate your office with the furniture of your choice.
How big are the desks?
The desks range in size from 1.20 m. to 1.40 m. depending on the selected office.
